Kirsten Pearson
Kirsten has over twenty years of experience in commercial, multi-family, and estate projects. Prior to starting her own firm, Kirsten began her career at Gensler and moved on to become the Director for Design + Construction at Douglas Emmett for nearly 13 years. Additionally, she has led teams for construction management, architecture and design for a national custom home builder.
Kirsten has managed over $1B in projects including approximately 1,000 multi-family units in ground up development and custom estates ranging from $5M to $40M. Her diverse experience in both project type and position have enabled her to creatively and strategically navigate complex challenges throughout her career.
